Montes Limited Selection range is a collection of individual wines. This premium vino is recognised as a seductive, voluptuous, smooth and satisfying sensual pleasure.

Ageing: 47% of the wine was aged for 10 months in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: The highly perfumed nose presents intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as cherries in syrup, strawberries, and figs over a spicy back that recalls red and black pepper along with notes of fresh tobacco and crème de cassis that meld very well with the aromas of coffee and dark chocolate that appear after a few minutes in the glass. The generous palate has very nicely rounded tannins that deliver a central nerve that lends structure to the vino along with a sense of sweetness on the mid-palate that makes this an elegant and juicy wine with very good persistence.

Pairing: Highly recommended with stir-fried beef, pork chops, spaghetti bolognese, lamb chops and mushroom risotto
