GRAPE VARIETY
Northern Rhône blend
VINTAGE
2019
Country: France, Rhone, Cotes du Rhone
Grape Varieties: Syrah & Grenache
Vinification & Ageing: The harvest is 100% by hand, it is sorted in the vineyard before entering the cellar, which is located in the heart of Condrieu. The winemaking methods are gentle and natural, they combine tradition and modernity. The method focuses on listening to the wine and following closely its evolution. Whether in wooden or stainless-steel vats, the alcoholic fermentation of the grapes is monitored daily and adapted to each specificity of the northern terroirs to extract the best juice. Ageing then continues in vats or in barrels for several months

Tasting Notes:
Syrah blended with a touch of grenache for a fine, spiced and full-bodied wine. The Perfect wine for sharing and simple moments.

Food Pairing: Grilled meats, duck and rabbit or even a mushroom risotto.

J. DENUZIRE
The J. Denuzière story began in 1876 and it continues to write itself today. At the time, Joanny Paret, the founder of the estate based in Condrieu, wished to develop the reputation of local wines in Rhône cafes and bistros by distributing them using his horse team. For several decades, the family business lived on with the dynamism of Joseph Paret, son of Joanny, who has perpetuated the work carried out by his father for forty years.

Paret Wines then became Denuzière Wines when Pierre Denuzière, Joseph Paret`s son-in-law took over from his father-in-law in the 1940s. For 80 years, the name "Denuzière" has been part of the vineyard landscape in the Northern Rhône Valley. Today, the J. Denuzière micro-cuvées are crafted around this Condriot heritage and strengthen over the vintages.
