Winemaking: The grapes undergo soft pressing to extract the top-grade must, followed by fermentation in heat-conditioned stainless steel tanks. In the spring following the grape harvest, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, which helps preserve the freshness and lively bubbles of the Prosecco.

Tasting Notes: The Breganze Spumante Prosecco appears pale straw with lasting lively bubbles. It has intense aromas of stone fruit mingled with acacia blossom on the nose. The palate is crisp and clean with green apple and pear, layered with citrus and accompanied by floral notes of rose. It has a creamy texture with persistent bubbles and finishes long with balanced sweetness and concentration, leaving lingering notes of almond and lemon zest.
Food Pairing: An excellent Prosecco best served as an aperitif, it pairs well with desserts, fish, and strong soft cheeses like blue and gorgonzola.
