A vision

Is there a minimum order value?

No. You can order how much you please.


I must have an account to place an order?

Yes, you must have an account. If you don`t have an account, you will be directed to create one while finalising your order. Creating an account will be saving you time during checkout and you’ll also have the chance to see your purchase history and wish list.


What if the wine I receive is damaged?

You must contact us straight away by telephone or email. We will investigate it and if it’s our fault you will make sure we replace the wine or you get a full refund. Again that’s a rare case because more than ten years we deliver wines island wide with the most professional way.


What is your returns policy?

As Oenoforos we provide accurate and detailed description of all our wines so you can make your choice. We do not accept returns if you don’t like the wine. Anyway that’s a rare scenario because we choose carefully all our wines and we are strongly confident for their quality!


If I want some of the wines I ordered in Gift Boxes, what should I do?

You can go in Gift Packages page and add to cart the gift boxes you want. After you can choose your wines. During checkout, in the notes box, please specify which wines you want in the Gift Boxes.


How long does Standard Delivery take?

We will deliver your order within three working days.


Can I choose a day or time for the delivery?

During your check out there is a box where you can write notes about your delivery. We will try to make sure you will get your wines at the most convenient time for you.


What are the delivery options?

For orders up to € 100.00 you can pick your wines from the Travel Express in your town. Shipping cost is only € 3.50. Also you can choose home delivery (Within City Limits) with the cost € 5.00

For purchases more than € 100.00 we deliver free to your place! (Within City Limits).
Also, you can always pick up from Oenoforos store with no charge.


What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay easy and secure through PayPal.
Also you can pay with cash upon delivery. Cheques are not accepted
Just choose the option you prefer during checkout.


In what countries you deliver?

We provide delivery only in Cyprus.
